It has an exclusive portfolio of residential, commercial and industrial properties in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. The company is engaged in the construction, development and sales of housing units to personnel at affordable prices and to members of the public at the prevailing market prices. Naval Building and Construction company Limited is also involved in the procurement of low interest mortgage facilities for both personnel and private individuals interested in purchasing houses in its estate. We provide general contracting, construction of roads, culverts, drainage systems, estate water reticulation system and engineering services including major infrastructural design and property development services fro both government and commercial entities. 

Naval Building and Construction Company Limited by Guarantee was formally the Navy Post Service Housing Scheme. It was established in the year 2005 but did not become active until 2008. Since then it has been able to bring together a group of experienced, resourceful and highly professional Nigerian Navy Architects, Engineers, Estate Surveyors and Town Planners to engage in building and construction works. The firm is organised into four major divisions, namely Architectural/Town Planning, Civil/Structural Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering and Mechanical Engineering Divisions. A General Manager of the firm heads each of these divisions and the overall boss of the firm is Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer. Our constructions are carried out with the most reliable and strong materials like compressed earth bricks which are known to have the following benefits 1. Availability: laterite is easily available at low cost. 2. Cost effective: Materials can be on site which reduces cost, minimises transportation cost and increases efficiency and sustainability. 3. Strength: Earth brick are stronger compared to normal cement block, they are strong enough to serve as bullet proof in case of any gunshot attack 4. Fire resistant: earthen walls do not burn. 5. Weather: earth brick thermal properties keeps the interior of a structure cool while the external environment is relatively warm and vice versa.
